Token Risk

Task-level forensic check for a single address (token contract or wallet). Combines composite risk scoring + sanctions screening into one response so an agent can ask one question and get a yes/no/maybe with reasoning.

Returns: risk_score (0-100), risk_band (LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH/CRITICAL), recommendation (PROCEED/STANDARD_DUE_DILIGENCE/ ENHANCED_DUE_DILIGENCE/BLOCK_AND_ESCALATE), headline (1-line summary), why_it_matters (per-component reasoning), evidence (sanctions matches + mixer hits + counterparties), confidence (assessor confidence). Lighter than /v1/forensic/report -- no signing, no persistence, sub-second.
