Launch Groups

Launch groups (catch program N02d): launches joined by one strong edge (same deployer, a shared non-service first funder, a shared distinctive skeleton on the same template) or two independent weak ones (same template, same ticker). Advisory (TIER_3): a group is a "launch group" with its edges and outcomes listed -- never a person.
