Revoke Mine

Revoke a key the authenticated user owns. Sets status = 'revoked' so the auth middleware rejects future requests presenting the key. Idempotent -- calling on an already-revoked key returns 200.

404 KEY_NOT_FOUND when the id doesn't exist OR exists but is attached to a different account (we never confirm a key id belongs to someone else, to prevent enumeration).
