Rpc Expand

Build a live on-chain graph for value (dispatched by kind).

Returns the canonical GraphTracer payload shape (nodes / edges / stats / truncation_reason / _meta). Errors are returned as a {"error": ...} envelope (HTTP 200) — never a traceback.
