One-hop "follow across the bridge" for address on chain.

Reads the outgoing bridge crossings for the address from the bridge_transactions registry and returns the destination-chain wallets + cross-chain edges as the canonical graph payload. An address with no indexed outgoing bridge flow returns an empty nodes/edges payload (never an error). Failures surface as a generic 500 — never a traceback.
