Retroactive exposure alerts for the caller's watched addresses.

metadata.tx_history_window_days tells the lookback honesty story per alert: 90 (PG hot-store scan) vs "full_history" (deep-store lifetime scan, data_source: t0_transfers) — the UI badges the latter.
