Aggregated MCP tool-call activity.

Returns counts, top tools (with error/latency stats), top users (api_key + their top tools + last_seen), hourly/daily time series, and a recent feed. Source: mcp_tool_calls populated per tools/call request inside the MCP dispatcher.

Internal team accounts are excluded by default. Set include_internal=true to see total volume including dogfooding.
