Set Velocity custom fields

Validates Velocity member identity and persists accepted custom fields. Available only when auth custom field integration type is VELOCITY_FREQUENT_FLYER. A failed Velocity check returns every applicable value of VelocityCustomFieldReason in data.reasons and does not save custom fields. Success responses stay acceptance-only.
