Comment of the payment. Visible by the recipient for LNURL payments

Recipient. Can be a Bolt11 invoice, LNURL or LN Address.

wallet_idstring uuid nullable

Wallet ID to pay from. Required by admin endpoints; derived from the path on wallet-scoped endpoints.
