Domain Blacklist

Get all blacklisted domains

Returns all domains in the blacklist sorted alphabetically. The list is backed by a Redis Set (DOMAIN_BLACKLIST_KEY). Default domains are seeded on first call if the set is empty. Add or remove entries directly via Redis: SADD/SREM domain_blacklist:domains "<domain>".
