Change the hiring settings

Edits the candidate email templates (only {candidate_first_name}, {job_title}, {company}, {sender_name} and {booking_link} fill in), how long a decided application is kept (1 to 60 months), and how long other-roles consent lasts (at most 24 months). A template set to null goes back to Binderwork's default.
