Record an option grant

Drafts an option grant from four fields: the holder, the number of options, the exercise price and the vesting start. The schedule defaults to 48 months with a 12-month cliff, monthly on the start day. The option type and grant date come from the grant agreement and are needed before an officer confirms it; the board consent goes in document_id. Binderwork never suggests a price: the facts compare it with the latest 409A on record.
