Prepare an offer

For a candidate in Offer: first envelope_prepare the offer letter with an officer as signer 1 and the candidate as signer 2, then this with its envelope_id and the values the person gave you (start date, pay, any equity, manager). Never take pay from the job's range. envelope_send then waits for the person's approval; Executed moves the candidate to Hired.
