nba

NBA statistical leaders

One row per player across the requested period. period=season uses the selected season; period=month and period=week use trailing windows within that season. data.row_grain is player-period in every case. The team label is the latest non-null team in that window and does not partition the totals.

stat'ast' | 'blk' | 'dreb' | 'eff' | 'fg3a' | 'fg3m' | 'fg3_pct' | 'fga' | 'fgm' | 'fg_pct' | 'fta' | 'ftm' | 'ft_pct' | 'min' | 'oreb' | 'pts' | 'reb' | 'stl' | 'tov' | 'ts_pct' | 'per'

Per-game leaderboard category. The first 19 mirror the upstream GOAT leaders vocabulary; ts_pct and per are BBS-derived additions.

period'season' | 'month' | 'week'

Requested aggregation period. month and week are trailing windows within the selected season.

season_type'all' | 'regular' | 'playoffs'

Filter stored box scores by regular season or playoffs. all preserves this endpoint's historical whole-campaign behavior.

seasoninteger

Season LABEL, not a calendar year: the year a season STARTS in. 2025 means the 2025-26 campaign for leagues that cross the new year (EPL, NBA, NHL) and the 2025 season for those that do not (MLB, MLS, WNBA). Filtering resolves each league's own start month, so a season never spans two calendar years' worth of rows.
