Choix du mode de stockage chez le distributeur, parmi ces valeurs possibles :

  • ambient: Température ambiante (valeur par défaut)
  • fresh: Réfrigéré
  • frozen: Congelé

La distribution inclut 450km de transport terrestre vers le site de stockage + 150km vers le site de distribution.
