Update a contact

Update optional Fit / not-a-fit, notes, outreach status, tags, or profile data for a person in the list. lifecycleStage, hotScore, qualificationNotes, and leadBrief are per-campaign fields: pass campaignId to scope the write to one campaign, or the request is rejected.
