Bulk create LibraryParameterDefinition

Bulk create library parameter definitions asynchronously. Returns an async task link — poll the task to retrieve created object IDs.

Each item in the request array follows the same field requirements as the single-create endpoint. Partial failures are reported per-item in the task result.
