Deprecated since 2026-09-23: the first in-scope image_to_video or text_to_video request spends the free video automatically. Kept only for consoles built before that; remove once none are deployed.

No request body and no idempotency key: the tenant is the key, and uq_free_video_entitlements_tenant is what enforces once-ever. Clicking twice is a read, and clicking on an already-spent offer reports that state rather than raising — "you already used this" is a sentence the page says, not a 409 the caller has to interpret.
