Centrality

Return the base-rate-normalized entity centrality for peg_type.

The MIM-trap fix: a per-entity bridge score that controls for how often the entity is INDIVIDUALLY in its own tail, separating structural bridging from chronic individual stress. Reads the latest run's frozen entity_centrality rows (written by the slow-cycle calibration pass), entities ordered by normalized_centrality desc (the base-rate-corrected measure), wrapped in the same provenance envelope as /pairwise plus the §6 centrality disclaimer. n_partners reports each entity's trustworthy-edge support. Pre-calibration (no run / no rows) returns an empty set with a null envelope.
