Enrichissement

Envoi groupé (jusqu'à 100 personnes)

Chaque personne est traitée comme un POST /enrichment/find (mêmes champs, prix et règles), sous un batch_id. Avec un request_id, rejouer le lot rend le même lot et lance les personnes non parties (not_started), sans refacturer les autres.
