Ask for a business to be removed

Asks for a business to be removed from baseray (GDPR Art. 21), by its country and register number. A business its register makes a person's (a sole trader or personally owned business, or an estate) is removed without a reason asked: from the app, the API, AI assistants, exports, public pages and counts, and it is not imported again while its register lists it. Any other business is decided within 7 days (72 hours when personal_safety is true). Customers who exported the business in the past 24 months are asked to delete it. The answer is the same whether or not baseray holds the business.

The country of the business's register: RO, CZ or DK.

registration_numberstring required

The business's number in its register: a Romanian CUI (2 to 10 digits; a leading RO is dropped), a Czech IČO or a Danish CVR number (8 digits each). Spaces, dots and hyphens are ignored.

production_unit_numbersstring[]

Denmark only: the business's production units (P-numbers, 10 digits) to remove with it.

emailstring email nullable

Where to confirm the removal. Optional; kept only until the request is decided.

personal_safetyboolean

True when the person cites a protected address or their safety: the request is then decided within 72 hours.

localestring nullable

The language to confirm in (en, ro, cs, da); English otherwise.
