Cancel Lien Filing Submission

Cancels a lien filing submission that has been rejected and sent back for revision (i.e. 'Needs Attention' status).

This endpoint allows users to cancel a lien filing submission only if it is in 'Needs Attention' status.

post/lien_submissions/{filing_id}/cancel
