Publish a revision
Publish the draft as an immutable revision and request its grant. Runs use it at once — except on an automation that is on under an approved grant: there it waits (live: false) until a member approves its grant, and the revision that runs stays. Refused while the draft or its grant request has blocking findings; publishing an unchanged draft answers the same revision. A requested grant is approved by a workspace owner or admin in the app, at grant.approveAt; an API key cannot approve it.

Makes a retry safe: the same key with the same request replays the first answer for 24 hours instead of running twice, and the same key with a different request is a 409 IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSED. Refusals a retry can outlive — 408, 409, 423, 425, 429 and every 5xx — are never replayed, so retrying with the same key after the cause clears runs the request.
