List shareable Slack channels

Lists the Slack channels a creator's agent may share into: only enabled client channel policies reachable from the creator's workspace (and the key's workspace pin, if any). Read-only; makes no Slack call. Requires channels:write or creator_spaces:read. MCP: bamf.list_client_channels.
