Call Center Webhook

Dedicated fast-acknowledgement webhook for the AI call center.

Put ?token=<CALL_CENTER_WEBHOOK_TOKEN> on the webhook URL configured in 360dialog. The HTTP request receives an immediate success response while voice download, transcription and reservation work continue in a FastAPI background task.
