Dedupe Table

✅ Branch-aware dedupe for: branches/<branch>/table.db (ctx.table_db)

Dedup key: last 8 digits of EACH phone number in phones field (non-digits removed). Keeps first seen (lowest id), deletes later duplicates. Creates a backup first in the same folder as table.db.
