Send mail from user
Changed onSend the message specified in the request body on behalf of the specified user using either JSON or MIME format. When using JSON format, you can include a file attachment in the same sendMail action call. This method saves the message in the Sent Items folder. Requires application permissions or delegated permissions with appropriate access.
