Admin Settings: Data Transfer
Queue the validation of an import
Changed onDispatches the validation as a background queue batch and returns the row total. Poll GET .../validate/status until done. A total of 0 means nothing was fanned out (an empty file or a bad header) and the import was validated straight away.
