Export GDPR requests as csv, xls or xlsx

Downloads the GDPR requests datagrid — the same columns the admin Export button produces (ID, Customer Name, Status, Type, Message, Created At). Honours the same filters as the listing and exports every matching row. Binary download, not JSON. Requires customers.gdpr_requests.
