Export Audit Events

Ascending seq, 1,000-row chunks, no count query.

format=jsonl&include=checkpoints appends one line per signed checkpoint ("record_type": "checkpoint") after the events, so the receipts travel with the export. CSV has no trailer: 422.

The export itself is recorded first and committed before streaming, so the chain-head lock is not held for the length of the download. Rows are bounded by the head as of that commit; later writes are not included.
