Ingest Otlp Traces

OTLP/HTTP trace receiver (BPP-3).

Accepts an ExportTraceServiceRequest as OTLP/JSON (application/json) or OTLP/protobuf (application/x-protobuf), projects every span through the GENAI_ACCEPTED_ATTRS whitelist (privacy-critical — arbitrary attributes, including prompt bodies, are dropped and NEVER reach the DB), and merges the result into run.provenance["observed"].
