Test Connection

Test connection to an agent endpoint by POSTing the same canary shape real screening dispatch uses, and verify it responds with valid JSON.

PROD-DEFECT-1 — the probe now mirrors arena._call_agent_endpoint exactly: same HTTP method (POST), same SSRF-pinned dispatch, same badge_native wire shape. A customer who followed the docs and built a POST-only handler no longer gets a false-negative 405 here.
