Daemon Diagnostic

Admin-gated diagnostic — pairs with the diagnostic-endpoints memo.

Returns parsed state for the daemon-pull + openai_assistant substrate so the operator can confirm without SSH whether:

  • daemon tokens were minted at all (token_hash_count),
  • any jobs are currently in-flight (in_flight_jobs),
  • any daemons have gone dark (dead_daemons_24h),
  • BADGE_FIELD_ENCRYPTION_KEY survived the CD env-render (field_encryption_configured).
