Resend Verification

Re-send the verification email to the authenticated user (SEC-AUTH-012).

Authed (the caller proves who they are via session), so no enumeration surface. Idempotent: if the user is already verified we no-op with a generic 202 (no new token, no email). Rate-limited via the auth bucket.
