Auto Conclude Stale Experiments

Sweep running experiments past the auto-conclude window (ADR-009 Q-02).

Admin-only (gated via ADMIN_EMAILS). Intended to be hit by a cron-ish job once an hour. Inconclusive sweep:

  • winner = control variant.
  • status = CONCLUDED_INCONCLUSIVE.
  • No price change (canonical stays as-is).

Returns counts so monitoring can alert on concluded_inconclusive ratio

40% (the ADR-009 re-evaluation trigger).
