Change an organization subscription (cancel/delete + recreate)

Ends the current subscription (cancelled or deleted, per oldSubscriptionDisposition) and creates a new one with the provided data. This is the only way to change subscription type. Only accessible to super admins.

Start date for the subscription (ISO 8601). If omitted, the subscription starts immediately.

oldSubscriptionDisposition'CANCEL' | 'DELETE' required

How to handle the current subscription. CANCEL soft-cancels it (kept in history); DELETE removes it entirely. A new subscription is created with the provided data either way.
