Changed onLists saved APL queries on datasets you can read, sorted by name. Use who to choose whose queries to return, and limit and offset to paginate.

Return only queries saved on this dataset.

- If the value of who is your own user ID, the request returns queries saved by the authenticated user.
- If the value of who is team, the request returns queries saved by other users in the organization. For example, &who=team.
- If the value of who is all, the request returns queries saved by all users in the organization, including the authenticated user. For example, &who=all.
- Any other value returns 400. This includes another user's ID, and omitting who when you authenticate with a personal access token.
