Publish a post

Publish an existing draft to a channel. OMIT publishAt to publish now (it goes out within about a minute); or pass an ISO datetime to schedule it for later. Publishes on this SINGLE call — there is no separate confirmation step. Review the exact message with preview_post first, and only call this after the operator's explicit go-ahead; the client also shows its own action confirmation before the call runs.

Idempotency-Keystring

Retry key (≤ 200 characters). A repeated call with the same key returns the first call's result instead of acting twice. Without it the server hashes the arguments, which catches retries but treats a deliberate repeat within 24 hours as one too.
