Billed entries also become unbilled when an administrator changes them. <Check title="Required Permissions" icon="key">The user must be an administrator to change a billed entry. For other entries, the user must own the entry or have applicable user-timetracking:write, project-timetracking:write, or project-role write permission. Team restrictions also apply.</Check>
