Get Trip Details

Fetch detailed trip information from Seats.aero Trips API with caching.

Returns flight-level data: departure/arrival times, duration, stops, segments, fare classes, taxes, booking links — everything needed for a Seats.aero-style detail view.

Cache-first: checks in-memory → DB → calls API if miss. Rate-limited per user per day based on role.
