Get list of Empty Leg records

Changed on

Filtering. Active, unexpired empty legs. Filters combine with AND; all parameters are optional. Use created_at_gt or updated_at_gt for records after an ISO 8601 timestamp. Use updated_at_lt for records strictly before a timestamp; combine it with updated_at_gt for a range excluding both boundaries. Sort with ordering=created_at or ordering=updated_at. Both timestamps are returned in UTC.

Prices. Converted prices are indicative and calculated at read time.
