Get Grouped Failed Images

Returns failed images grouped by Category and Violation with nested stats. Supports optional filters as a multiselect list (statuses and risk levels). Company admins can optionally filter by site_id. Supports cursor/limit for guideline infinite scroll and page/page_size for date/upload modes. Returns a maximum of 4 images per violation for efficiency.
