Delete the video row and nullify dependent FKs.

<br/>Storage cleanup of the underlying mp4 is intentionally NOT done<br/>here · the storage GC sweeps stranded files separately so the<br/>user-facing delete is fast and never blocks on S3. The Posts row<br/>survives (with video_id=NULL) so audit history is preserved.
