Model Votes

Every ROSTER model with its vote count and the caller's voted flag.

<br/>Sorted by votes descending, ties broken by ROSTER order (stable). New<br/>feature, so zero-vote models are expected and returned as votes=0.<br/><br/>An optional ?capability= query (video | image) scopes the list to<br/>that generation kind; omitting it returns the full roster.
