Dashboard summary payload (avatar/video counts + recent videos strip).

<br/>Scoped to the caller: every user, admins included, sees only their<br/>own asset counts and their own recent videos (default-own scoping,<br/>spec §3.5, 2026-08-11). Platform-wide totals need a future admin<br/>ops surface.
