Transcript for a reel the caller already ingested (Copy From Reel).

<br/>Backs the grid view's "read transcript" action: looks up the<br/>caller's own copy-ingest history by the reel's URL (admins see every<br/>ingest). 404 when the caller never pulled this reel's transcript.
