Get the smart wallet's current nonce

The nonce for the next operation the owner signs. It is read from EntryPoint v0.7 at the owner's validation key (0x1: entity 0, global validation). Modular Account v2 selects the validation from the nonce key, so a nonce read at key 0 is not one the account accepts from its owner. Reflects mined state only.

The full 256-bit nonce, key << 64 | sequence, as a decimal string. Use it as userOp.nonce unchanged.
