The year/make/model catalog for OEM Build Data: every make and model we hold build data for, with the model years covered. Requires no VIN — one call returns the whole catalog. Keys are make names; each value maps a model name to its year coverage, e.g. { "Toyota": { "4Runner": "1987-2026" } }.
