List organizations

Lists every organization the authenticated user can access, both the ones they own and the ones they are a member of, newest first. Results are paginated: page defaults to 1 and limit defaults to 10. There is no upper bound on limit, so a sufficiently large value returns the whole collection in a single request. Values below the minimum fall back to the defaults rather than being rejected.
