Agent sign-up: one request, no AudD account, no email

Returns an agent key (agt_..., shown once) and a refresh token. The balance starts at 0. Then buy prepaid requests (MPP) and call https://api.audd.io/agent/recognize. Guide: https://audd.io/auth.md
